In a move set to create a leading AUKUS cybersecurity technology firm, Australian digital defence innovator Penten Pty Ltd, headquartered in Canberra and UK cyber innovator Amiosec Ltd, headquartered in Tewkesbury today announced they have reached agreement to combine their world-leading, complementary capabilities.
