Since inception, Penten has grown rapidly and strongly. Revenue and staff numbers have increased consistently.

At Penten we champion equality and aim to reach a 50:50 gender target. We have come far, but there is still a long way to go. Currently we have 22% female workforce.
To continue to grow we must report on current and past figures so we can be more transparent and ‘better’.
