As the Level 2 Service Desk Analyst, you will lead in delivering top-tier service to our clients, including participation in an on-call rotation to ensure round-the-clock support coverage.

The Windows System Administrator is responsible for ensuring the stable operation, security, and efficiency of the organisation’s Windows-based systems and servers. This role involves the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of Windows environments, as well as collaborating with other IT teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. The Windows System Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining a robust and secure IT infrastructure that supports the organisation’s business operations.

As the level 1 ICT helpdesk, you are responsible for being the initial point of contact for all ICT related issues within Penten. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring prompt resolution of their ICT problems.
